Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Mr Extractor, you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to accept them on that company's behalf.

Mr Extractor searches Google Maps and Bing Maps for a category and location you choose, and returns the results as a CSV, XLSX, or JSON file. Every search and export draws from a pool of credits attached to your plan.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for anything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you think someone else has access to your account.

Free accounts get 500 credits a day that reset at midnight and don't carry over. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance that rolls over for a limited window, as described on our pricing page. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a paid plan at any time from your dashboard; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

Mr Extractor is for pulling public business listing data. Please don't:

• Use exported contact details to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Automate account creation to work around the free daily credit limit
• Resell raw exports as a competing scraping or data service
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or interfere with how the service runs

Every listing comes from Google Maps or Bing Maps, and we don't control what business owners put on their profiles. Names, phone numbers, and other fields can be outdated or incomplete, so verify anything important before relying on it for a commercial decision.

Mr Extractor and the software behind it belong to us. What you export — the spreadsheets and the data in them — is yours to use under these terms.

We can suspend or close an account that violates the acceptable use section above or has an unpaid balance. You can close your own account at any time from your dashboard settings.

Mr Extractor is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change is significant, we'll update the date above and notify active users by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Mr Extractor is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
